ONLINE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

THIS RESERVATION SYSTEM IS INTENDED FOR USE BY AUTHORIZED BANNER COMPANIES IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES.

IF YOUR COMPANY IS INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN AUTHORIZED BANNER COMPANY IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES ("CUSTOMER"), PLEASE READ FAQ #3 AND CONTACT BSL TO SUBMIT REQUEST. UPON APPROVAL, A USER NAME & PASSWORD WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU TO ACCESS THE ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING ONLINE:

No. 1   
The applicant or Customer fills in the online application form.

All fields that are marked with "*" should be completed otherwise the application will not be accepted by the server.

Applicant will see a message on the screen after submitting the application form, indicating that the application was successfully submitted and a Reference No. is issued to that application.

No. 2  
After the first part of the application is successfully submitted, the Customer will be asked to submit / upload an electronic color copy of a sketch or an image of the proposed banner in the form of a JPEG or GIF file.  These files have the extensions .jpg and .gif respectively.

Applicant may use a scanner, digital camera, or even capture his/her design on the screen to generate the required image of the proposed banner. The Server will not accept graphic files in any other formats and will generate an error if the applicant tries to upload file formats other than those mentioned above.

No. 3  
Documents supporting nonprofit / charitable status must accompany each banner application. Acceptable file formats are JPEG and GIF. These files have extensions .jpg and .gif respectively. Customer can scan this document and upload it using the upload attachments option.
